The Harbor Police operates 5 Firestorm 36' dual police-fire vessels. Each vessel is powered by two 6.7 liter diesel engines and has two jet drives, making it very maneuverable. There are four water cannon on each vessel, which can douse a fire with thousands of gallons of water.

Because they are highly complex to operate, a Harbor Police Officer must receive over 40 hours of vessel operation under the close eye of an instructor and then complete a written and practical exam.
