TROUBLED TRAVELER PROGRAM

The Foundation funds the Troubled Traveler Program, which was created to respond to calls for help at the San Diego International Airport when travelers find themselves stranded. A troubled traveler may be a victim of human trafficking, a violent robbery, or domestic abuse with no way to get home without immediate support.  The leadership team at the San Diego Harbor Police Department supervises this program to determine which people truly qualify for our financial support.
