TROUBLED TRAVELER PROGRAM

We fund the Troubled Traveler Program, which was created to respond to calls for help at the San Diego International Airport when travelers find themselves stranded. A troubled traveler may be a victim of human trafficking, a robbery, or domestic abuse with no way to get home without immediate support. Command Staff with the Port of San Diego Harbor Police supervise this program to determine which individuals truly qualify for our financial support.
