The Harbor Police Department protects and serves the citizens and visitors in the Port's five member cities: San Diego, Coronado, Chula Vista, National City, and Imperial Beach. The Department provides police and marine firefighting services on and around San Diego Bay,  and law enforcement services at the San Diego International Airport. In an effort to aid the Harbor Police Department, the Foundation provides support in the areas of Community Outreach, Staff and Officer Wellness, and Specialized Training and Equipment.
